Non-Court Supervised and Court Supervised Trust Administration
$200 per hour fee applies to all services provided below:
During Life:
Power of Attorney for Healthcare
Power of Attorney for Finance
Successor Trustee or Co-Trustee

Post Death:
Trustee – for the following:
Trust administration
Special needs trust
For the benefit of an individual
Court Supervised

Current hourly rates for office personnel are as follows:
Licensed Fiduciary $200.00 per hour
Case Manager $150.00 per hour
Administrative Staff $100.00 per hour

Services provided:
During Life:
Conservator of the Person
Conservator of the Estate

Charge in increments of 1/10th of an hour, rounded off for each particular activity to the nearest 1/10th
Minimum time charged for any particular activity is 1/10th of an hour
